Refunds
Our products are made to order for individual customers so we have a no return and no exchange policy.
Items once purchased, cannot be returned/exchanged unless found to be of defective quality. If there will be any defect in the product, we will arrange a fresh product or refund as per customer demand. Any complaint or issue will only be entertained if the initial complaint is lodged within 2 working days customer receives the order.
In case of an item is missed in shipping, the company will refund the full amount for that item.
